USA: Egen Bruce Springsteen-kanal
Sirius Satelite Radio fortsetter sin satsing på store artister. Nå får også Bruce Springsteen sin egen radiokanal.

Sirius, som sender digitalradio med 120 radiokanaler, finner stadig på noe
nytt i formatering. De har allerede startet egne Elvis Presley og Rolling Stones-kanaler. Denne gang er det Bruce
springsteen som er funnet verdig til å ha sin egen 24 timers radiokanal i Sirius-nettverket.
Kanalen "E Street Radio" startet sine sendinger 1. november og vil i første omgang være på lufta fram til
31. januar 2006. Kanalen vil inneholde både hans hits, intervjuer, konsertinnspillinger og rariteter. Nedenfor

SIRIUS is proud to announce E Street Radio, an exclusive channel with round-the-clock Springsteen music on November 1st at 12 pm ET. The commercial-free E Street Radio channel features rare tracks, special programs and exclusive interviews from one of America’s true musical heroes.
E Street Radio on SIRIUS coincides with the 30th anniversary of the release of Springsteen’s album Born To Run, which is being remastered and reissued for release on Columbia Records on November 15th.
In addition to rarities such as recordings of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band dating from early 1973, E Street Radio will feature track-by-track album discussions, behind-the-scenes insights, and conversations with E Street Band members and others associated with Springsteen throughout his career.
"E Street Radio will offer SIRIUS subscribers a unique perspective on 30 years of socially conscious music, and set the background for even more relevant songs to come in the future," said Scott Greenstein, SIRIUS President of Entertainment and Sports. "It will be the most comprehensive presentation ever of Bruce’s music and a true inside look at the work and artistry of an American icon."
