NRK, The Norwegian public broadcaster, yesterday announced Cathinka Rondan as the new Head of Radio. She will join the
broadcaster in October while cultural editor Marius Hoel is acting Head of Radio after Marius Lillelien became the leader of NRKs regional services
Rondan is today leading the radio division for the independent production company Rubicon which produces radio and podcasts for several broadcasters and newspapers.
- Cathinka Rondan has broad experience in radio and radio production, both from NRK and the commercial market. I am confident that she will solve this task in a very good way, says Director of Strategy and Media in NRK, Øyvind Lund.
