The hugely popular "Radioresepsjonen" is one of several podcasts to leave the public broadcaster NRK for a new podcast service launched by Schibsted, one of the largest media companies in Norway.

In addition to Radioresepsjonen, the duo behind "Friminutt" will also join Schibsted. "Friminutt" has been number one on Podtoppen, the main national podcast list, for several weeks. Herman Flesvig og Mikkel Niva says in a press statement that the show will not change format.
PodMe is another company focusing on podcasts in Norway and in march they signed another one of the most popular podcasts in Norway. Konspirasjonspodden will now be available as a subscription service rather than beiing free to listen to, with ads.

Remi Berg and Jonas Andersen is producing a podcast called "Farskapet" ( the Fatherhood ) and this month they plan to set a world record in podcasting. They will do their podcast on Gaustatoppen, one of the largest mountains in Southern Norway and hopes to get a world record for "the highest podcast"
